Great Rivers ICLC Transportation Workgroup

The mission of the Great Rivers ICLC Transportation Workgroup is to unite stakeholders to collaboratively assess and address pressing transportation needs, improving services to ensure vulnerable populations in the Great Rivers 5-county region (Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, and Wahkiakum) have access to the care, mental health services, and essential resources they need for healthier outcomes.

Our Objectives

  • • Develop targeted solutions to address transportation challenges
  • • Facilitate communication among community stakeholders
  • • Improve access to healthcare, mental health services, and essential resources

Who We Serve

Healthcare providers, case managers, behavioral health professionals, and community organizations supporting clients who need transportation to medical appointments, substance use disorder treatment, and other essential services across our 5-county region.
